Naturally Africa is a Johannesburg-based creative design studio. Our professional team has over 12 years of experience of working with new and growing businesses, specifically in relation to branding and corporate identify, website design and development and graphic design.

Our objective is to offer exceptional value for money and make high quality design accessible to both businesses and individuals alike. Our focus is to deliver high quality artwork and lead-generating websites that exceed our clients expectations.  Our creative approach is straightforward, free of jargon and hands-on and we are committed to providing our services at sensible prices.

Our History

Naturally Africa is the brainchild of Suzanne Whitby, who owned a successful UK-based creative agency whilst living abroad with her partner for 10 years.  Her team specialised in helping new and growing businesses in the UK develop strong brands and functional websites.

Now back in South Africa, Suzanne has teamed up with her sister, Sally Trenchev, to do the same for new and growing businesses in South Africa, providing sensible pricing and good advice in a market that seems to be fleecing the public!

Not all of our services are the cheapest - if you only want cheap, then India is the place to go! - but if you want personalised service and exceptional deliverables, you'll find that we're difficult to beat.

When you work with us, you'll be in a position where:

• you know what the costs are: we provide a range of popular packages on our site and if one of our packages doesn't cover what you need, we can provide a bespoke, fixed price quotation.  We believe in being transparent about costs, not hiding them!
• you'll have one dedicated point of contact through the project: your account manager will work with you throughout the project, guiding you through briefs and managing your requirements.  And of course, if you want to speak to the designers themselves, they're always accessible.
• your project won't grind to a halt: we're strong on project management and are committed to keeping your project on track.  Although we always give you estimated timescales, we almost always deliver earlier than planned.  Speedy!
• you're working with a local team: sure, you can work with a cheap team in India or the Phillipines, but managing your project yourself, across timezones and often, across different cultural interpretations, can cause probles.  We know, because we've worked with customers who have come to us with a sad-looking project for just these reasons!  We're based in Jo'burg, you can get us on the phone from 8am-5pm and depending on the project value, we're even happy to meet you.  And we "get" where you're coming from, and understand the market you're selling to, too.
